Files are Copying to a Phantom Folder instead of the Destination!

I am not sure how to exactly put up this question. The thing is I have a Oneplus One and a Galaxy Nexus as it has a Internal Storage. By MTP I Open up the Storage folder and was trying to copy a zip file of about 250mb. It Starts Copying but midway of the Copying process it stops copying. When i try opening the file it somehow starts downloading the file from a IENETCache Folder.
I am not able to Copy the file completely to the Internal Storage unless it is a small File. This problem is only with Large Files.
Please Help me through this

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, I'm a bit confused. Which phone is this happening on? Are you trying to copy the file from one device to the other? How are you copying the file--via what kind of connection? USB, wi-fi, Bluetooth?
