duplicates value after 3rd item in my CustomListView when trying to search with specific keyoword

[AC Question]

This is an database based application.In this application there facilities of creating account.and there is a search option with specific keyword.But when i am trying to search with specific keyword it show information accurately only for first three items.But after 3rd item it show me duplicates values instead of giving actual values.
Its very confusing....... to me.Some help me to solve this thing.
