When I tried to cancel the original, it failed. I ended up chatting with the rep to confirm that it was canceled. A few minutes later, I received a cancellation email.

Read your cancellation email. A lot of us got the cancel email and it was just canceling the promo stuff like sirius

What I was saying is the cancel of original order, read the cancel email, some of ours just canceled those promos ..better yet, on your order page,.does the phone show cancelled. Just making sure your original order is actually cancelled.

No, the website won't change in 24-48 hours, according to the rep. But the email I received did indicate the order number and other promo, zeroed out and canceled next to all items.

Cool. Mine would not cancel or it did cancel and still showing as an active order it's been two days. I might reorder just be on the safe side and I'll just return one

Yeah, I recorded my conversation with the rep to be on the safe side, and the rep confirmed the cancellation went through. I was also hesitant to make that second order because I didn't want to be stuck with the two phones.

Looks like it got the attention, they are now changing it back to the original pricing.

I just ran the numbers on Samsungs website. Nothing changed for me. I see some people (in other forums) were getting 212 bucks back.

I played the game yesterday. I ended up saving another $155.00
My original order still had the cancel button showing. I clicked on Cancel got the email but it didn't show the phone and case i bought only the promo items. I contacted customer support and they told me the original order couldn't be canceled they took all my info and told me to refuse the shipment when it arrives.

Went into my order and did a support chat. Took about 10 minutes I stated with a screenshot the new price was roughly $100 less than my preorder from 4 days ago. Submitted a refund request and order had not been completed said would be looked at and responded to via email within 48 hours.

They actually priced matched actual difference before my work discount a total of $228.97. Samsung did very well by me at my Fold will now cost only $709 with taxes.
