    The bottom bar that contains the contacts, phone, messages and apps had accidentally been moved to the middle, and I can't move it back. I have a galaxy s4. it shows on every page, and overlaps other apps.

    Welcome to Android Central! That's odd. Are you running an alternative launcher, or the stock TouchWiz? Does it persist after a reboot? If so, then try wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-5744
