Re: why the double tap click problem held on my caller screen?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that you have to double-tap the screen to make a call? Where exactly? Are you on a lockscreen, or in the Dialer/Phone app?

I also face same problem when i dialed number than samsung galaxy core 2 always show double tap unlock
its to painful please guide me how we can disable it
Thanks

I think I learned why this happens. The "double-tap to unlock" lockscreen that appears while on a call is due to the phone either not having a proximity sensor (which is the case for the Galaxy Core 2 and the J1 Mini Prime), or turning the proximity sensor off (which is possible with some phones in the Phone app, under Menu>Call Settings). If the screen remains on during a call, the lockscreen appears to prevent your face from accidentally pressing any of the onscreen buttons.

Since this person clearly copy and pasted the thread title from this 2015 thread, I went ahead and merged the threads.
