How do I get the words secure mode off of my screen?

Words on screens,

I have checked all my settings and can not figure out how to get the words 'secure mode' off my screen. It not only is on my home screen but is on all the time and covers up important information. Any suggestions?

Reboot your phone. Maybe it's just the "safe mode" message.
