Why is my Galaxy S5 active taking so long to download data?

why is my glaxy s5 active taking so long to download data

it is taking so long to download any info on my phone whether it is opening an email or and app it, it just spins for what seems like for ever. I have no issue with wifi ect.

Welcome to Android Central! So this only happens on mobile data? Which carrier? Are you getting a good 4G signal, or is it dropping down to 3G (or worse)? Have you spoken to your carrier about it?
