Voice is not clear during calls. What should i do ?

I am having problem while talking on my samsung galaxy core prime . Most of the time the voice of the other person is not clear.
What should i do ?
I bought it a month ago.

Consult your carrier or network, who will be able to advise. They ought to be able to determine whether it is a fault in the device. If do, a warranty return would be indicated.

i have exactly the same problem with my core prime(1 week old) please if you find any solution let know
