My LG Lucid is stuck in a loop on the 4G LTE logo screen, how do I get it off of it?

my lg lucid is stuck in a loop on the 4G LTE logo screen..

It is an old Verizon that I unlocked and turned to a straight talk..I tried to factory reset it but that too got stuck in the loop. there is a problem with the programming in the phone And it needs to be completely reprogrammed.

Welcome to Android Central! The only thing I can suggest is trying a different battery. If it's an issue with the motherboard, it's not going to be worth trying to diagnose and repair it.
