After my Galaxy S5 had a software update this morning. After the update, now I keep getting a notification saying "An Application Requires an Update" Requested by Google Play Services. I click on the notification - It takes me to Google Play Services in Play Store. Nothing happens. I click on "Open" and I get a Google Play Services error msg. Any tips? this is annoying. I've had the S5 for five days - had an S4 previously.

The Open button is on the right. Is there an Update button on the left?

If not, bring the phone into your carrier, tell them you just got an update and the phone isn't working, and ask if they can please redo the update for you. (It's their update, so they're responsible for it. They either fix the problem or replace the phone. They can't break your phone [which is what they did] and absolve themselves of responsibility.)
