Morph phone into a Desktop PC?

Just wondering if it would be possible to convert a Galaxy S5 into a desktop PC using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, and an HDMI out to a monitor.

Is this possible? If so, what might be some good app's and software to provide a streamlined experience?

Basically, I want my phone to be my one and only computer! Thanks

Chromecast and Chromecast to mirror the screen to a TV or monitor. Any BT keyboard and mouse you're comfortable with that works.
