turned the phone off and when i recharged it turn it on again the logo came up but will not move on to the function screen all im getting at the moment is the samsung logo help ¬!
Hello. Sorry for the delay.
Have you since taken the battery out, say for 15 minutes.
Before restarting try a cache partiition wipe in Recovery mode.
Phone off - Volume Up + Home + Power,
Recovery screen, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition with the Volume down button and select with the Power button.
Reboot with the Power button when highlighted. This is a general clean up that solves minor app / sw issues.
If it continues you should get warranty help, but it can happen very occasionally.
Try the very good GSam battery monitoring app, and the built in Data Usage and Battery graphs and lists in Settings to see if any app is using too much. Don't let the battery run out, or go below 15% too much.
