How to turn off or delete google talk?

I'm not even aware of how this started but I don't want it or many other apps on my phone like HP Printer and NFL!

You did not specify which device you are using, but, you should be able to go into Settings > Applications > All.

Usually, you cannot delete most of the pre-installed applications, but, you can force stop them or turn them off.

When you go into your "All" application setting, tap on the application name you want to disable and choose an option (probably "Turn Off", if possible, or "Force Stop" if there is no option to turn the application off).

Are you talking about Talkback?

Go to settings - accessibility and switch it off.
