Help on uninstalling cm12 and reinstalling official stock T-Mobile firmware

Yesterday I tried to install cm12 on my phone. It worked, but when I tried installing GAPPS it said status 6. Installation Aborted. So I thought that I could use cm12 without google apps but I was wrong. So I just want to know if there's a way I can uninstall cm12 and reinstall the stock firmware from T-Mobile and does the stock firmware from T-Mobile come with GAPPS?

By the way I have the Galaxy S4 SGH m919, Tmobile.

You don't uninstall anything, you just flash the stock ROM. Try the S4 TMobile forum at XDA Forums for more help. (Type S4 into the left search box and a bunch of models and/or carriers will drop down.)
