Why does my phone say unfortunately,Context service has stopped?

[AC Question]

my Phone says......unfortunately,Context survice has stopped

The phone funttions as it will except calls but not able to navigate anything on my Phone.

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and wipe the cache.
If you are unable to get into Settings, try a cache partition wipe in Recovery, using the hard buttons.
