Why do I get the message E: Not support firmware?

recovery system v1.3.37.......when i press home bottun it power off it goes on again on recovery utility... recover failed, please reboot and recover again ! but if i reboot it still the same .... and only the system reboot is highlighted cannot sellect any other task to perform ...but if i presss home botton it powers off then on again....and back to recovery utility but only reboot can be selected at the menu
