when I started internet connection, immediately two following messages pop up in my mobile
1. unfortunately google play has been stopped
2.unfortunately google + has been stopped
How to stop the poping up messages

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.

Consider also the possibility that a third-party app may be causing trouble. Booting into Safe Mode would reveal that.
