Why is my Samsung Star Plus lagging?

Question about Samsung Star Plus.

Hello there, i've the samsung start plus GT - S7262 and there is a problem, i've only 3-4 games and some apps like facebook, youtube and social apps etc.. But it's lagging and sometimes while am playing subway it freezes for 2-3 seconds, also sometimes i lagging a lot when i use an app etc.. Why is this happening? Anyway to fix this lag?

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, that phone is very much underpowered for most games. It has a 1 GHz single core CPU and only 512 MB RAM. I would look for a device with at least 1 GB of RAM, preferably 2 GB. And these days, quad-core CPUs are the norm.
