How do I stop my apps closing on their own?

Apps closing on their own! please help!!

Hi i'm using Samsung grand prime, it was working just fine until just recently i have a hard time getting the keyboard to show up and whenever i try using any of the apps it automatically closes it and forces me to the home screen. its very frustrating and i can non longer use my phone for anything at all. I saw another complain here about the same thing but the answer wasnt very helpful at all to that person or me. i have tried clearing the caches and rebooting. cant even transfer my data so i can format the phone.

If you are using an SD card, consider the possibility that it may be causing trouble. Try Unmounting and Removing it.

Consider also the possibility that a third-party app may be causing trouble. Try booting into Safe Mode to test for that.
