Not Getting App Notifications
Phone was getting ridiculously slow about a month ago so I decided to do a clean reset and with my clean reset I also decided to finally root it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and as of recently I have not been getting any notifications from my apps unless I specifically open them. If I force close them (the thingy next to the home button) I will not get any notifications from those apps unless I open them. I merged my sms with hangouts, due to time stamp reasons, and I won't know I got a text unless I specifically open hangouts and check. Same applies to snapchat and instagram. Any help with this? All of my apps have the show notification icon check marked.
