How to reset picture source for text messaging?

How do I reset it where I can choose a file from anywhere on my phone instead of one source when I'm sending a picture message?

Welcome to Android Central! If you know what you chose as default, then go to Settings>Apps, select that app, and Clear Defaults. If you're not sure, then go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Reset All App Preferences, which will clear the defaults for all apps (and also reenable any disabled apps).
