why do half of my active sync appointments come in with a south Korea time

[AC Question]

I cannot get the native calendar to sync consistently with my exchange server half the appointments come I. O. The right day, half come I the day before they should and show both Mtn time and south Korea time zone. I have checked both the calendar time zone and the general settings time zone.
