Advantages with Titanium Backup over TWRP Nandroid Backup?

Backing up once a month suits my needs, and I wonder, are there any advantages with using Titanium Backup compared to just sending a TWRP backup to an external drive?

As I've understood it, TWRP's backups are complete (?), but Titanium Backups are only of data, not of the ROM and data?

Only advantage would be less storage on your computer.. And a faster restore
