how do i permanently clear the push message

I used all my data back in may and received a notification. Every time I use my phone I receive a the notification from May stating that my data is used. How can I stop this push message from popping up all the time

I don't think you can until you next billing cycle and your data allowance is renewed. You can turn data off maybe.
