How can i change my default alert tone on my Note 4 for my work email?

I've tried everything I can think of. I just got it but came from a Galaxy s5 and could do everything on that one. Didn't think the Note 4 would much different. I cant figure out how to turn up the volume or change the tone to my email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
