I can not get my pitcher text on my phone.

My friend sent me pitchers via text and they wont load.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which carrier do you have? Is the mobile data turned on? Picture texts are MMS messages, and require mobile data (3G/4G), not wi-fi or voice signal.

I'm assuming you mean 'pictures'. Are MMS enabled in your phone and in your service? Pictures aren't send as normal texts (SMS); they use mobile data and your plan needs to be activated for MMS by your carrier (as well as your phone having the correct settings for MMS).

Also, when you say they don't load, is there a 'place holder' saying something like TAP TO DOWNLOAD? or do they just not show up?
