Welcome to Android Central! Sorry, but that's not an Android phone--it looks like a feature phone (aka "dumbphone").

The phone uses Bluetooth version 3.0. The Flip 2 may not be backward compatible to 3.0. (And no Bluetooth device will connect until you first pair it. See the Flip 2 manual - the second page, the one with the diagrams. #2, the right side, in particular. Press the Bluetooth symbol before telling the phone to search for a device.)
