ZTE kis3 unresponsive when phoning

[AC Question]

When I make a call the screen goes black and I cannot cancel the call. Had to resort to removing the battery to stop a call made in error to an answering service. Any clues?

Does it do it all the time? Something could be wrong with your proximity sensor.
