Android app share phone technical info

Is ther an Android app that I can just run and it will collect all of the technical information about my current phone such as Android version, kernel version, build version, manufacturer, model number etc. etcetera and share it to Gmail or other apps via the normal sharing mechanism. Is there such an app?
