Just say me how to fix the memory storage problems in canvas A300

[AC Question]

I hv a phn named canvas A300.Whenever I dwnld apps from play store or from the web ,it gives the error msg that "there is insufficient space in the device".And my phone's memory is divided into internal storage and phone storage. Whenever I dwnld small files it directly goes into internal storage and device keeps on saying "insufficient memory or low space in the device". Please Help me to fix this problem
