Swype keyboard split down middle? Fix needed

Gray background between t & y, g&h, and v&b making swype impossible to use. Help.

In the bottom right of the keyboard is a little keyboard key, next to the '.' key. Tap that and it cycles through the keyboard types/options.

Have you tried long pressing on the mic icon or on the "123" key?

This did it for me. Long press the "?123" key, and keyboard options do pop up! Thanks so much for clearing that up, Javier P. I had no idea what I'd done, lol!

I can't find how to fix this. there's no ?123 key. no mic key.

additionally, i'd like to add the mic key.

All you have to do is pinch the two halfs towards eachother
