For starters, less than 24 hrs ago, I bought my first andriod (a galaxy s6) and am very new to this device.
Not sure if this happens a lot, but it seems that a notification on my lockscreen can't and won't be deleted?! I have tried going to settinfgs and deleting the notifcation. I have called my voicemail to find that there are no new messages. This is very frustrating! Please help!
