Why are all my pictures current and past looking like a negative at this time

All pictures were beautiful .. and then... I must have changed something,. what I do not know.... but now all my pictures are distorted.

Welcome to AC.

Try Settings, Accessibility, Vision, Screen Colour Inversion. It may be a slightly different sequence on your device but at any rate look in Accessibility.
