Several GPS apps crash on startup, how to fix this ?

Hello,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with Lollipop 5.0

Several GPS apps, suddenly start crashing.

The following apps are affected :

- Buienradar ( crashes when selecting the magnifying glass )
- Runtastic Mountain Bike PRO ( crashes on startup )
- Strava ( crashes when you start your ride )
- GPS Cycling Ride Bike ( crashes when selecting "Ride Route"

The first 3 apps have worked before, but stopped working.

The issue seems to be something with the GPS.

Other GPS apps seem to work fine (for now).

Any idea how this can be fixed ?

I've searched the internet but, I seem to be the only one with these problems.

Can anyone help me ?

I am having the same issue. I installed fit bit and everything went haywire. I uninstalled fitbit but that didnt help so I factory reset and that still didnt work. I can open google maps and sometimes s health. But I have to uninstall updates and update again every other day to make that work. I hope to find an answer as well. Otherwise any app with a map will crash when I open it

I have exactly the same problem. I've searching the web for possible fixes but I cannot find them. Please if you find how to solve this problem share your knowledge with me. I am so disapointed with my S5 for this....
