Internal Storage is low, how can I free up space?

Internal Storage

My internal storage is low. I've cleared caches, deleted internet files, did what Sprint calls a "soft reset." I go to free up space and it doesn't show anything I can do to free up space. All my pictures and music are supposed to be on my 32 gig SD card but it also says I have pictures and music on my phone storage. I do have all the apps that can be on the SD card already there and I've disabled apps that don't serve any purpose. I have an HTC Desire 510.

Welcome to the forums. The device has 8 GB total internal storage, not counting what the OS will take. Assuming it takes 4 GB, that leaves you with 4 GB remaining. Can you provide a screenshot of your storage stats, please?
