Hi
Samsung Tab S7FE smt733 model
I accidently hit the "deny access" by way of: apps>Chrome>storage. media picker was right below, I accidently hit "deny access". How do I restore it? I am really lost....my foolish error. See attached picture, media picker should be where end of pen is photo.

Please help. What did I screw up. And what steps do I need to fix this. Am not the most tech person, any help Thank you.

Long press on the Chrome icon and tap on the APP INFO icon. There, tap on the PERMISSIONS section. Tap Photos and Video (which may be under the Not Allowed section). There you can select the appropriate option (Always allow all is preferred).

Hi. The Photos and Video is set at Always allow all. Anything else I could try? Thanks

Hi mustang
Reset preferences still no return of media picker.
Another unusual feature is we have 2 of these Tab S7FE tablets. On one it will allow you to attach photos on Shaw webmail, the other will not. Not sure why, but I read something about reconfigure it in Gmail, but I do not recall doing that.
So strange.
Thanks ron3033

Based on the statements made and the image provided I'm calling shenanigans on all of this. The image included shows the storage being used on the device by the Chrome app, Media Picker is not related to these other things. It's not storage or a storage location and it doesn't store anything. It doesn't fit with this group of items. And then the story of hitting "deny access" doesn't fit with the information being provided on this screen and would be something you might find on a permissions page. You don't show the rest of the screen but one of the other categories is Permissions. I believe you looked at another Chrome settings page, most likely the permissions page, and mistakenly thought what you had seen was from this page.

Let's imagine for a minute that we're not going to get that page to say Media Picker ever again, after resetting the app permissions and settings is there anything you cannot do now that you could before you thought this happened?
