'Unfortunately the process android.process.acore has stopped' can't access home screen

AC Question

I receive this message when I start up my phone, and when I put in my passcode in I am not able to access home screen (mainly settings) because 'Unfortunately TouchWiz Home has stopped' pops ups as well as 'Unfortunately Clock has stopped'. How do I fix?

I have the same problem and all the solutions I found need access to run settings or something else. All I can do is hit force close and watch it pop back up again. No access to apps on home page, settings, etc.
OK, mine is and MD701 and pushing in the reset while powering on must have done something. It did allow me enough time to access apps and settings, and I just uninstalled apps that were loaded since the problem started. It does give me access to factory reset which I haven't had to use........yet
