Why does my Note 4 keep on freezing?

AC Question

My samsung galaxy note 4 was working fine before the update of 5.1.1. After the update, the phone just started freezing and crashing. UI always stopped working. I wiped the cache partition, with no success. I still get the message UI has stopped working. Can somebody please help me.
