clean master app has disabled my touch option in nexus5

i have enabled clean master app in nexus 5. after that touch is been enabled. when ever i touch the screen phone gets vibrated and nothing happens

You should remove/uninstall Clean Master and any other apps from Cheetah. Those apps do more harm than good. Your device should run fine once you remove those apps.
