I have a OnePlus One android 5.2. How can I call a number without saving it to contacts?

AC Question

This is a pretty dumb question, but after upgrading to 5.2 I don't see an option to just call a number. When you dial a number it only gives to option at the top: 1. Save to contacts. 2. Write an SMS. But why no call button? This is ridiculous. If anyone could help with this. Thanks.

Are you using an actual dialer app to dial the number? I don't have a OnePlus device, but if you go into the phone app there's a 10-dot matrix that you tap and you can then dial the number there. That allows you to call without adding the number as a contact.

If you're using the Hangouts dialer, the matrix is a green dot at the bottom of the screen.

Sorry, I actually found the problem. It was a theme that messed with the interface. The dial button (actual button to make the call, after inputting the number) is invisible. Stumbled upon that by an accident. But the theme developers should be lynched.
