When I tried to call someone, I got the message: "you cannot make outgoing calls while call barring is on"
I've checked barring and they are all turned off.

Maybe it's on the carrier side, I would give them a call.

I will check that.
Nevertheless, when I've tried to change my barring password, it did not accept. It is said that that the default password is 0000 but it did not work.
