Why is there no option to do a software update on my galaxy s5?

In the system update part of the settings it just says update now but it cannot be clicked into. On other phones there is a software update one above it but there is nothing above it on my phone. I bought the phone from Australia and live in Australia it is model number SM-G900P

What version of Android is it currently?

Here in Australia updates are slow. The carrier probably hasn't approved the update yet.
