Problem with new Smart Manager

[AC Question]

Help. This item has appeared on my phone with update last night. I cannot remove it and it appears to be adversely affecting my security programme - Kaspersky will no longer launch. I did not want unsolicited apps along with software updates, especially if they interfere with a known protection programme.
