Any Way to Turn the Volume Warning Back On the Note 5?

There's a lot of answers for disabling the volume warning on Android phones, but quite frankly, I'm totally ok with it. When I'm using my FM transmitter, however, I do need to bypass the threshold since it isn't loud enough in the car. Is there any way to have the volume warning appear again without restarting the phone?

Unfortunately not. That's the only way to get the warning back - I think you mean resetting the phone not restarting.

No, I meant restarting my phone... that's what it says when I hold the power button and just want to turn it off and back on, anyway
