Is there anything I can do to fix static screen?

[AC Question]

I plugged my phone in to charge. I turned it on later and it made the booting up sound, but it had a static screen, when it was done booting up the static screen still did not go away. The keys and the screen are not responding to my touch but when it is low on power it still makes the sound that it needs to be plugged in.

Please help

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? Have you tried a battery pull for about 10 minutes?
