AC Question

Hi, I'm new here.
I recently bought a Samsung galaxy note pro 12.2. I was informed by the salesman that lollipop was available for this tablet, if it hadn't been, I was going to get an iPad.
The OS on my tablet is kit kat, 4.4.2 I believe.
I was under the impression that I should be able to get Lollipop 5.0.2 or similar on my tablet but I am not getting any updates.
Is lollipop available on my tablet in the UK yet? I have been told it is, I have been told it isn't. I have seen various things online that suggest I should have lollipop by now.
Samsung won't tell me either way (their customer service reps are useless) so I come to you all for help.
I have found a user manual on the Samsung website for my tablet, there are 2 versions. 1 is for "other" versions of Android and the other manual is for Lollipop!

I'm so confused!

I live in Germany and also am on 4.4.2 and waiting. There are no news on when we will get it. Lollipop is out there for over a year, some people are just getting the old 5.0.2 with its security holes and Marshmallow is already out. I don't think I / we will ever get 5.0.2 (!maybe! in the course of the next year), let alone 5.1.1.

As always Samsung is the worst with updates and only updates its current flagship devices while ignoring every other older (even slightly) device! Wouldn't it have been for the pen, I'd buy from a different manufacturer.

Happy New 2016 Everybody (unless you have a Samsung SM-P900 in the UK stuck on KitKat ....).
Despite launching Lollipop 5.0.2 in other parts of the World last year there is still no update in the UK. Don't bother contacting Samsung about it they only have meaningless "stock replies".
I have been patiently waiting to get rid of the KitKat SD Card issue, and I have even crossed the Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse off the Santa List (because they won't work after upgrade). So come on Samsung when is your Customer Satisfaction strategy going to extend to a Customer Informed Upgrade Policy?
P.S. Please feel free to make my post look premature ... by issuing the UK 5.0.2 upgrade before December 31st 2015.

UPDATE:
5.0.2 arrived OTA on Saturday 23 January in the UK.
Better late than never, I suppose (perhaps we Brits benefit from Samsung being further up the learning curve).
No issues since upgrading on my SM-P900.
