Is there an app that allows me to save dlna/upnp renderer info?

AC Question

I have an issue where my dlna renderer sometimes does not broadcast itself as available but does actually play media when sent to its IP. Twonky server saves details and can send media at any time using these saved details (even when renderer does not appear available) but my client android apps rely on detection of renderers first. If there was a client I could use that saves IP info so I could always select the renderer, this would solve problems with my renderer disappearing from my network. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
