Galaxy Note 5 - Widgets won't refresh

[AC Question]

I've got a Verizon Galaxy Note 5, only a few weeks old, and the widgets won't refresh unless I restart the phone. I've seen this behavior on a number of apps, including Todoist, Sunrise, MLB at Bat, Feedly, etc.

The only thing that refreshes is the built-in Samsung weather widget.

Any thoughts on what might be going on here? I tried booting into recovery and clearing the cache, but that didn't seem to help.
