Cannot save downloasds from yahoo mail to gallery. Only option is Drive

Welcome to Android Central! You don't save images to the Gallery--you save it locally to Internal Storage (which is usually the Downloads directory). Gallery isn't a location--it displays images from any direcxtory on Internal Storage (or the microSD card) that doesn't also have a file called ".nomedia" (which instructs the system to ignore that directory when looking for images to add to the Gallery database).
