Followed instruction here; held power n vol up, wiped cache n data, rebooted screen still not responding. Stuck in "set up your device " screen...HELP!
Welcome to Android Central! I saw in one of your other posts that your Tab 3 has a cracked screen. If that's the case, the touchscreen digitizer is likely broken, and the whole touchscreen assembly needs to be replaced. Doing a reboot or factory reset won't help.
